Val Controls is continually seeking to improve our processes in order to meet and exceed our customer expectations. We are using our Returns Material Authorization process for all products reported as defective and are to be returned to Val Controls for investigation/replacement/repair. Please follow the guidance below for returning defective material.
Obtain an RMA Number by contacting Val Controls support at email@example.com.
Read and fill out the Return Material Authorisation form. When filling out the request form, please provide complete contact information as well as detailed descriptions of the item malfunction. It is not sufficient to state that the item "does not work".
If you are uncertain about the cause of the problem, please contact a technical support engineer at Val Controls. The engineer may be able to resolve your issue without requiring you to send your product in for repair.
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the return shipping container(s).

Once your goods are received under the designated RMA number, a notification email will be sent to you confirming the receipt of the product and quantities received.
