Prerequisite
- ValConnect installed on a Laptop
- A USB cable connecting the device and laptop
- 24VDC power to the device
- A firmware file (*.a90)
ValConnect - Version 2
- Connect the device to the computer via a USB cable
- Open ValConnect and select Advanced
- Select Firmware
- Select the firmware file
- Press Update
- After the firmware update, performing an auto-calibration is recommended. This procedure can be initiated from Live Control
ValConnect - Version 1
Follow this procedure to update the software on a device.
- Connect the device to the computer via a USB cable
- Open ValConnect select Connect and select the device and click the connect button
- Go to the advanced Tab
- Select Update Device
- Click the little yellow folder icon and point to the a90 file
- Click "Update device"
- After a few minutes the devices software is complete
